THATS FIRE products are made to the highest standards using high quality materials, our customer satisfaction and safety is our main priority and we are always testing new products to add to our range.
Delivery
the delivery price is currently set at £5.99 for all UK orders but can change at any time, Delivery time can vary but our standard delivery time is 15 working days, each product is made to order and although we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible there is a process we have to follow and will depend on how many orders are being processed at any one time.
please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us with regards to an order not arriving.
orders usually arrive much quicker than stated above but please read and adhere to the guidelines.
Returns
due to the fact that we are a small company and each product is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or refunds on orders. The only exception is if an item arrives defective then we will of course replace this free of charge. so it is very important you check our size guides on each product to ensure you buy the correct size.
The returns information is always sent out with the item and the return address will vary based on where in the world you have placed an order.

Any data collected whilst making a transaction will only be used for the purpose of delivery and only ever shared with our delivery and fulfilment partners .

Please be aware that due to the global pandemic, Us here at THATS FIRE are operating within the same time frame as normal but our delivery partners such as Royal Mail and USPS may be taking longer to deliver your items, please check their websites for up to date information on increased delivery times.
